Located in Luxembourg in the residential district of Weimershof, southeast of Kirchberg, just steps from the international banking and financial hub and the headquarters of European institutions, Upperside is a 1,000 sqm residential development initiated by the developer Eaglestone. The location of this project, in a sought-after area known for its quality of life, required architecture that is both high-end and minimalist to ensure its integration into the site. The use of architectural concrete and aluminum on the facade reflects the high level of interior finishes. Notably, the architectural elements have no sharp edges but rounded corners that enhance the fluidity of the forms.
The project will later be complemented by the construction of a second twin building on the adjacent plot.
